Dr Malene Brekke RN, PHN, PhD

Malene Brekke is an Associate Professor at the VID Specialized University, Faculty of Health Science, Institute of Nursing in Oslo, Norway.

Malene has experience as a PHN from her time in the school health services. In recent years, she has dedicated her efforts to a PhD related to a research project on a primary family health intervention in the child health services. Currently, Malene is employed in the Master’s program in Public Health Nursing at VID Specialized University. She actively participates in research projects related to the school and child health services. Her research endeavors primarily involve quantitative methods and reviews. Professionally, Malene is dedicated to advancing the field of public health nursing at the individual, group and system levels.
